Is it better to have days that are cloudy, hover in the mid-30s, are damp and raw, maybe raining or snowing lightly – or days that are sunny, where you have to dig out a bunch of snow and tramp through snowdrifts and skid around everywhere?

This actually may be one of the cutest things I have ever seen.

Wait until the fourth quarter of the Superbowl when your city’s team is in the game. Then drive across town.
No traffic.
